Deposits & Refunds
All wholesale orders require a 50% deposit before production can start. (The remaining balance will be due upon order completion)
**Only orders canceled within 48 hours of the initial deposit qualify for a full refund of the deposit.**
Cancellations
All wholesale orders can be canceled at anytime however there are restrictions:
- Any order canceled after production has started (48 hours) will be subject to a 50% (of deposit) restocking fee.
- Any order canceled after production has been completed will result in a non-refundable deposit
