If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for the full price you purchased it at

SapphireParadise offers a thirty (30) day guarantee on all of our products. If the product is defective, we'll happily refund 100% of the purchase price and pay the return shipping. If the product is not defective, not damaged, and unused, we will accept the return refund for the full value of product, but return-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

If the item is damaged?

Any damage claims must be filled within 30 days of receiving your shipment. It is on the customer to inspect their shipments when they arrive for any damage to the product.
